Job summary

White Spot Limited in Surrey, BC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a high-volume restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The role offers a competitive yearly salary and a pathway to leadership within Canada's iconic restaurant brand.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, creating a welcoming environment, upholding food safety and service standards, driving financial plans, coordinating promotions, and promoting the restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and financial statements.
• Proven track record of training and developing a team.
• Knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
