Job summary

White Spot Limited in Nanaimo is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, mentor a 50–100 person team, and uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and cleanliness.

You will hire and train staff, promote a guest-first culture, manage financials and promotions, and participate in company events and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial statements.
• Proven record of training and developing a team.
• Knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
• High energy with a winning attitude and willingness to learn.
