Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager for a 2-Person Team who will live on-site. The role features a four-day weekday schedule, every-other-weekend shifts, and occasional on-call evenings. Base compensation is provided per person with a tax-friendly apartment suite.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous or similar property management experience (an asset).
• Display a professional/presentable appearance.
• Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS).
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, including heavy items.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairwells, amenities).
• Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting.
• Preparing vacant apartment suites for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
• Responding to on-call requests.
