Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a two-person on-site team in Brockville, Ontario. The role requires living on-site in an apartment, working four weekdays, every second weekend, and occasional evenings on call.

You will manage rents, show suites, assist with leasing, handle maintenance, and provide outstanding resident service. The position includes a taxable apartment benefit and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
