Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at a Cornwall, Ontario property. The role requires a 2-person team, on-site residency, and a schedule with four weekdays, every second weekend, and some evenings.

Base compensation is $33,000 per person per year plus a signing bonus, with employer-provided benefits and annual bonuses based on performance. An apartment is part of the taxable benefit, with training and career development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
