Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone.

  • Provide outstanding support by resolving issues, answering questions, and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered smoothly.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and updating customer records.

  • Monitor and track customer issues to ensure follow-up and resolution within service-level agreements.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality and internal processes.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or operations support role (remote or in-office).

  • Experience in e-commerce or online service-based environments is a plus.

Working Hours
  • Flexible remote work schedule with core hours from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required depending on operational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello is a plus.
