Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year supervisor/manager experience in high-volume restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• CPR/AED certification an asset.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive club metrics in alignment with business performance.
• Develop knowledge of club services, programs, products, and competitors.
• Assist in interviewing and recruitment by phone screenings.
• Monitor inventory and review sales numbers with GM to identify opportunities.
• Maintain company standards and lead by example; ensure a clean, friendly club.
• Ensure staff adherence to basics like punctuality, dress code, and cleanliness.
• Oversee front desk and overnight staff duties.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions with GM and HR.
• Cover shifts as needed to maintain club operations.
• Oversee club audits to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Mentor staff for growth through training and performance reviews.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Club Manager.
