Fit4Less Edmonton is seeking a Manager to lead a team of club Associates, ensuring a clean, safe and financially healthy club with friendly, automated experiences for Members and Associates.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Experience exceeding sales goals.
• Intermediate verbal communication skills.
• Written communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency with computers/technology (e.g., MS Office).
• Stays calm under pressure and handles stress.

Responsibilities

• Lead club operations and ensure a clean, safe environment.
