Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service in retail or 1 year in fitness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to member needs and inquiries.
• Provide courteous telephone service and accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness during up to 50% of shift.
• Drive revenue by promoting products and promotions to members.
