Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in New Glasgow, NS, is seeking an experienced leader to assist the Front Store Manager in managing human, physical and financial resources, focusing on efficient product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will maintain store standards, drive customer experience, and collaborate with the management team to optimize staffing, scheduling and labour productivity using WFM, while mentoring staff and upholding our core values.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
