Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking an experienced retail professional to assist the Front Store Manager in managing human, physical, and financial resources of the store.

The role focuses on improving product flow from backroom to sales floor and ensuring store objectives are met. Key duties include maintaining store standards, supporting scheduling and staffing, and collaborating with the management team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience and store profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including backroom.
• Assist with labour scheduling and leverage Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
• Complies with Human Resources Standards.
• Assist with hiring in conjunction with the FSM, including supporting hiring for all departments (excluding Pharmacy).
• Maintains wage administration within SLPH guidelines.
• Drives Blue Culture, engagement, and leads staff through Core Values.
