Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a capable candidate to assist the Front Store Manager in managing the store's human, physical and financial resources to achieve store objectives.

The role focuses on improving product flow from backroom to sales floor while maintaining high store standards that enhance customer experience. The position emphasizes teamwork with the Management Team, effective labour scheduling using WFM, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to operate the business successfully.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
