Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited, runner of Shoppers Drug Mart stores in Canada, is seeking a Front Store Manager to assist the FSM in managing human, physical, and financial resources. The role focuses on optimizing product flow from backroom to sales floor and ensuring standards drive customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Management Team to maintain store standards, supervise scheduling with WFM, and ensure adequate staffing to operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Ability to drive the business and support corporate programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
