You will focus on efficient product flow from backroom to sales floor, while upholding brand standards and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling and financial acumen, with a hands-on approach to coaching staff and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Store Manager in managing store resources and objectives.
• Ensure store standards are maintained to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Coordinate labour scheduling and use Workforce Management tools to maximize productivity.
• Oversee staffing levels and store operations in conjunction with FSM.
• Hire support staff in alignment with HR guidelines and store policies.
• Drive Blue Culture and engage staff through core values.
