Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'assembleur dans le domaine aérospatial.

Responsibilities

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche des assembleurs de structure pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Your challenges
  • Work from instructions provided in the form of assembly manuals and visual aids.
  • Use jigs and position PVA components, engineering drawings, or any other materials provided by the methods department.
  • Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealing products, and install the required fasteners according to engineering specifications.
  • Meet the standard deadlines prescribed by the methods department and comply with the quality reference document.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure compliance with production standards and rates.
  • Perform other related duties based on experience and qualifications.
Your boarding pass
  • A T.S.D. in aerospace structural assembly OR;
  • A T.S.D. in aerospace mechanical assembly OR;
  • A D.S.C. in airframe assembly OR;
  • An evidence of completion of an accelerated (fast‑track) training program in aircraft structures, OR;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 3 years of experience as an assembler in the aerospace field or a related industry, within the last 5 years;
  • You will be required to work in an enclosed space;
  • You will be required to work at heights of up to 30 feet on a regular basis;
  • Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as needed for the job.
