Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day and long-range operations within a defined facility area. You will lead Supervisors and Package Handlers, drive safety culture, and ensure efficient sortation and customer-facing results through productive relationships.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent and relevant supervisory experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• 18 months experience as an Operations Supervisor within FedEx or 1 year supervisor with 1 year leadership experience.
• External candidates: 2 years of management/leadership experience.
• Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical data and written information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of technology-based projects and devices.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead diverse groups and build rapport.
• Sound business judgment to achieve goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
