Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview-position Operations Supervisor to support FedEx Express Safety Above All culture and manage station sort operations and Cargo Handlers. You will lead, coach, and mentor staff, ensuring efficient routing and quick recovery from service issues within the station.

The role requires at least 2 years in FedEx sort operations or supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• College degree is required.
• 2 years FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly role experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Cargo Handlers (CH) staff in day-to-day sort operations and routing.
• Direct work activities and mentor/coaching for staff to ensure compliance with FXE policies and government regulations.
• Oversee CH functions, ensuring timely task execution and resolution of service issues within the station sort.
• Maintain safety culture and support the FXE Safety Above All initiative.
