Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience in managing large teams (50+ members).
• Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve safety, quality, attendance, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to develop plans meeting objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts; maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Diagnose root causes of performance gaps using data and analytics, and drive improvements across workflows.
