Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of Associates in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will coach on safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining high standards across shifts.

The role requires active engagement on the floor, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Relocation benefits may be offered based on site availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in progress or completed.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Walk the floor regularly to stay connected to your team and keep operations running.
• Manage shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; most sites follow a 4-day work week.
• Oversee deliveries, sort packages, operate pallet jacks and PIT equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, attendance and performance targets.
• Conduct shift handoffs, set priorities, and ensure a smooth transition to the next team.
