Your work touches all three stages of Amazon's fulfilment workflow — first mile, middle mile, and last mile — ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.

This role also comes with real physical demands: you'll be on your feet for shifts of up to 12 hours, working in environments with variable noise levels and temperatures, and occasionally lifting up to 49 pounds. Benefits and Salary

The base salary for this Area Manager II position ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon's total compensation package may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Requirements / Skills

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience is required for this role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon blue badge/FTE experience
• Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques (preferred)
• Experience managing large teams of 50 or more members (preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen process improvement experience is an asset
• Relevant industry background in logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is an advantage
