Job description

Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Area Manager. You will lead a team of hourly workforce, engaging them to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance during their shifts.

You will also play a key role in meeting our customer expectations to ensure orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Our fulfillment network runs across first mile, middle mile, and last mile workflows, all dedicated to the customer.

About the role: Area Manager II

As an Area Manager II, you will support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. You will collaborate with support teams (Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR) to develop plans that meet business objectives.

Your responsibilities include lifting up to 49 pounds, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. You will stand and walk for up to 12 hours, work in variable noise levels and temperatures, and continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
