Job summary

WalterFedy is seeking a Project Coordinator in Calgary to support project managers across contract coordination, data analysis, and reporting. This junior role focuses on applying growing project management knowledge and coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets throughout the delivery cycle.

You will assist in developing project plans, maintaining documentation, and ensuring thorough communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
• PMP pursuit is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing detailed project reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with contract coordination tasks.
• Assist with data completeness, analysis, and progress reporting.
• Organize customer requirements and update project plans.
• Prepare documents independently for clients.
• Assist with project budget, schedule, and scope monitoring.
• Assist with project close-out and documentation.
