DMC Recruitment Group seeks an Architectural Sales Representative to grow specifications across the Lower Mainland for building envelope and acoustical solutions. This true specification sales role involves working with architects, interior designers, consultants and specification writers to influence projects before construction begins.

You will build relationships, develop specifications, deliver technical presentations, and track projects from design to construction.

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural acoustical products or specifications is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in architectural, specification or technical building products sales.
• Building envelope experience is highly valued.
• Existing Lower Mainland A&D relationships are a major asset.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with experience managing a territory and project pipeline.
