DMC Recruitment is helping a well-established organization recruit an Outside Sales Representative for Calgary, Alberta. This remote/territory-based role focuses on high-performance building products across commercial, institutional and residential sectors.

You will own an established territory, nurture dealer relationships, and grow new business while presenting technically sophisticated products and delivering strong customer service in front of clients.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of outside sales experience in building materials or technical building products.
• Experience selling through dealer and distributor channels.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with capacity to manage an independent territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an established territory.
• Build relationships with dealers, lumberyards, gypsum dealers and contractors.
• Deliver product presentations and provide technical product support.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts and territory plans.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established territory
• Build relationships with building material dealers, lumberyards, gypsum dealers, and contractors

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of outside sales experience within building materials, construction products, or another technical building products industry
• Experience selling through dealer and distributor channels
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex products

• Self-motivated and comfortable managing an independent territory
