Job summary

Masco Canada is seeking an AR Accountant to manage key accounts receivable processes, including cash application, collections, and reconciliations, and to support accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve customer issues, monitor the AR mailbox, and drive improvements to cash flow and AR metrics in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in AR, a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel;

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CMA or similar certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes promptly.
• Ensure accurate application of customer payments and resolve unapplied cash.
• Process customer credits and entering credits accurately.
• Monitor AR mailbox and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Perform account reconciliations and escalate discrepancies.
• Support monthly and quarterly AR-related reporting.
