Job summary

Achievers is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable in Toronto to lead the global AR function and optimize the order-to-cash cycle. You will oversee invoicing, collections, cash applications, and internal controls while driving automation and efficiency across a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will manage a team of AR professionals, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and shape AR policies to improve working capital and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience including leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SaaS or recurring revenue a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AR processes: invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
• Drive working capital optimization and cash flow improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of AR professionals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and IT to optimize systems.
