Masco Canada is seeking an AR Accountant to manage customer billing disputes, ensure timely cash application, and support accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve escalated issues and improve AR processes.

The role requires a diploma/degree in accounting or finance and 3–5 years of AR experience, with proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Ontario-based position with focus on maintaining healthy cash flow.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments, including resolution of unapplied cash items, investigation, analysis, and processing of customer deductions and related discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely entering of customer credits.
• Send customer credits out each morning.
• Monitor the AR mailbox and respond to customer requests on a timely basis.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve escalated discrepancies.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting related to AR.
• Work closely with internal teams to address customer issues.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
• Any other duties as assigned.
