Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit memos in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and resolve overdue accounts.
• Apply incoming payments accurately against outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
