Job summary

Steele Auto Group is seeking a customer experience coordinator to be the first point of contact, coordinating service and sales appointments and guiding customers through the journey with excellence.

You will schedule visits, manage communications, and stay informed about promotions to help drive a seamless dealership experience for clients across our Atlantic Canada's network.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or any channel our customer chooses to interact with
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, helping customers find times that work best for them
• Make calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and share information about available service opportunities
• work closely with dealership teams to ensure customers receive a seamless and positive experience from start to finish
• Stay informed on current promotions, dealership initiatives, and service offerings so you can confidently assist customers

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in supporting dealership operations by coordinating appointments, managing customer communications, and connecting clients with the right members of our team. From scheduling service visits and sales appointments to following up with customers and maintaining accurate records, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced dealership environment where teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction drive success.
