Job summary

Steele Auto Group in Saint John, NB is seeking a friendly Washbay/Lot Attendant to keep our vehicles in showroom condition and ready for delivery. You will apply interior/exterior products, perform light buffing, and park vehicles with care on the lot and in delivery areas.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in a Service Department where teamwork and customer satisfaction are #1.
• Experience in cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract.
• Comfort with manual transmission driving.

Responsibilities

• Report any imperfections of new vehicles to management.
• Apply products to interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Buff vehicles when required.
• Prepare new and used vehicles for optimal presentation.
• Park vehicles appropriately on the lot and in delivery areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

We are looking for a motivated Washbay/Lot Attendant to bring the sparkle to every vehicle that rolls off Steele Chevrolet Saint John'slot! As the behind-the-scenes hero you ensure our customer's are proud to hit the road in their new ride and know their vehicle is getting it's much deserved spa day. Join our dynamic team where your attention to detail and pride in a job well done will make a real impact!

Wage: $17.20-$18.90

Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

As a Washbay/Lot Attendant with Steele Chevrolet Saint John you will be responsible for:

• Reporting any imperfections of new vehicles to management
• Proper application of products on interior and exterior of sold vehicles
• Buffing of vehicles when required
• Preparation of new and used vehicles to ensure optimal presentation
• Parking of vehicles appropriately on the lot and in delivery areas
• Maintaining your workspace to ensure it is safe and clean

What You Bring:
