Job summary

Bridgewater Honda is looking for a Service Advisor who will be the friendly, dependable face for customers seeking routine service or unexpected repairs. You will guide them with honesty, care, and a genuine desire to help, ensuring clear communication and thorough service explanations.

You will manage estimates, repair orders, and timely updates while staying organized and continuing to learn through manufacturer trainings and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, whether in person or over the phone.
• A team-first attitude with willingness to jump in and help.
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to keep learning.
• A valid driver's license and a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and chatting through what their vehicle has been up to.
• Checking warranty or service coverage and breaking it down into easy to understand terms.
• Putting together honest, accurate estimates for parts, labour, and everything in between.
• Writing up repair orders that clearly outline what's needed and why.
• Keeping customer in the loop with timely updates and straightforward answers.
• Staying organized and documenting all repairs and service details.
• Keeping your knowledge fresh with up to date training and manufacturer updates.
• Pitching in wherever needed and always looking for way to support your team.
