Job summary

COFOMO is seeking an Application Delivery Manager to lead delivery of application and technology axis in a hybrid Montreal setup. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing deadlines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary, agile projects, with strong planning, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mobilize IT collaborators external to the team and ensure alignment with the implementation strategy.
• Plan the deliverables of the application and technology axis, coordinate the cost estimate, considering issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages.
• Functionally supervise contributors involved in the delivery of the fraud management component and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate all deliverables to meet business objectives within agreements, costs and deadlines.
• Manage change requests and implementation strategy related to the application and technology axis.
• Participate in identifying and resolving issues of varying complexity, including strategic issues.
• Develop risk analyses, assess impacts and define mitigation strategies.
• Write progress statuses and communicate risks and issues with the responsible project manager.
