The role includes POS transactions, merchandise presentation and ensuring a visually appealing, customer-focused environment. We value upbeat, friendly professionals who understand customer needs, can build buy-in, and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in apparel.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Understand store standards, cash handling, and merch presentation.
• Self-starter with good judgment in all situations.
• Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
• Ability to understand the needs of the customer and build buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Display a “customer comes first” attitude, building loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues at store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Be a team player and contribute to the store's success.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep).
• Keep current on product and service updates.
• Ensure store is visually appealing and aligns with company standards through presentation, replenishment, housekeeping and displays.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
