• Retail experience in apparel or similar
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Understanding of store operations concepts
• Self-starter with good judgment
• Excellent presentation in retail environments
• Upbeat, optimistic, friendly demeanor
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to gain buy-in for ideas, actions, products or services

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude to build loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at store level.
• Be a team player and contribute to the store's success.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep).
• Keep current on product and service updates.
• Ensure store is visually appealing and compliant with company standards through display and housekeeping.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
