The Procurement Analyst, Mechanical Operations is accountable for daily buying activities in support of Mechanical Operations. They are also responsible for the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) business processes, including strategic planning, execution, delivery, and payment activities. This position reports to the Team Lead, Procurement Purchasing and supports the Mechanical business.
The role operates on a Wednesday to Sunday schedule to provide procurement support aligned with operational requirements.
As an employee with a North American presence, the possibility does exist that the location of your position may be changed based on organizational requirements.
Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
