Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer multi-country payroll operations across the Americas, with a primary focus on Canada. You will work with UKG, ADP Celergo and local providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll while maintaining data integrity.

The role requires 5–8 years of multi-country payroll experience and strong knowledge of Canadian, US and Americas payroll regulations, with a proactive stance on process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of multi-country payroll experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Canada/US payroll regulations and statutory filings.
• Experience with ADP Celergo, UKG and in-country providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end payroll cycles across Americas with emphasis on Canada.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Perform payroll audits and maintain data integrity.
• Lead or support payroll projects and process improvements.
