Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a customer-facing role.
• Reliable and punctual; on-time performance is crucial in airline service.
• Strong communication skills for individual and group settings.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in and at the airport.
• Support self-serve kiosks and passenger flow.
• Prepare aircraft for on-time departures and board passengers.
• Enforce airline and airport policies with courtesy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
