Job summary

Executive Flight Centre Group Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Agent at our Kelowna location. You will be the brand ambassador, greeting customers, processing reservations, and coordinating services to ensure a positive experience for passengers and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in aviation or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist FBO passengers and visitors in a professional manner.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, hotel, and car rental arrangements.
• Process reservations, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
