Job summary

Starlink Aviation inc in Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Agent who will be the first point of contact for travelers, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently. Under supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor, you will assist with check-in, reservations, baggage handling, and coordinating with ground operations, with a hybrid work setup.

A high school diploma and prior customer service in aviation are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential

Qualifications

  • Follow all Customer Experience procedures.
