Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer service role.
• Flexible availability to work shift work including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers on arrival and assist with check-in per airline policies.
• Ensure proper security clearances and document requirements are met.
• Assist with pre-flight seating and boarding to ensure a smooth process.
• Coordinate with airline crew and follow airline procedures.
• Support passengers with carry-on allowances and travel documents.
• Uphold airline and airport policies and maintain safety compliance.
