Job summary

Chartright Air Group, based in Mississauga, is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support the Maintenance Department. The role focuses on accounting and administrative duties, notably assembling information related to maintenance work orders to accurately generate client invoices and ensure timely billing.

In this position you will open and maintain work orders and task cards in the MRO software system, verify that all task cards, log pages, and work packages are complete and digitized,

Qualifications

• College Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related courses.
• Minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Aviation industry experience will be considered an asset.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to influence and demonstrate interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Maintenance administrative duties.
• Open and maintain company work orders and task cards in the MRO Software System.
• Ensure all task cards, log pages, and work packages are completed, accounted for, and digitized prior to filing to the appropriate aircraft archives.
• Ensure that maintenance Work Orders balance with Accounting Department records.
• Track Maintenance Time & Attendance, administrating the system.
• Input timesheets and labour time.
• Administrative Support.
