Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior, cross-functional leader to own the AI xDR qualification strategy, routing, and handoff for AI-assisted demand generation across priority inbound, account-based, product-led, and signal-driven motions.

You will translate business priorities into qualification logic, engagement workflows, and measurement frameworks, partnering with Revenue Operations, xDR leadership, Sales, and Marketing to optimize funnel outcomes and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation or revenue operations.
• Experience designing AI-assisted qualification workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own AI xDR qualification strategy across inbound, ABM, product-led, and signal-driven motions.
• Define qualification, routing, handoff, and disposition criteria with governance for model changes.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, xDR leadership, Sales, and Marketing to align AI logic with lifecycle definitions.
• Establish measurable funnels and feedback loops to optimize performance.
• Lead cross-functional operating model and ensure alignment across platforms and teams.
