Job summary

Klue is hiring a Director, Demand Gen who will own end-to-end demand generation campaigns, from concept to launch, across email, paid media, and webinars, and align with content and design.

You’ll drive events, manage the SDR strategy, optimize marketing ops, and develop AI workflows to improve pipeline. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic oversight in a hybrid office-first environment across Vancouver, Toronto, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-channel B2B SaaS demand gen campaigns end to end.
• Experience coordinating with sales or SDR teams on targeting, messaging, and talk tracks.
• Experience planning and running events, in-person and virtual.
• Comfortable operating with a lean team and limited budget, finding scope through better processes.
• Some experience managing or closely overseeing another person's work.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Gen Campaigns, Concept to Launch across email, paid, and webinars; report on performance and adjust.
• Plan and execute Klue's full event calendar: keynotes, sponsorships, booths, gifting, and follow-up campaigns.
• Direct the SDR Function: ownership of SDR strategy, hiring, coaching, and pipeline review.
• Give Marketing Ops Day-to-Day Leadership and partner on larger systems projects.
• Develop AI Workflows to improve day-to-day demand gen operations.
