Ideon Technologies, a Richmond-based tech scale-up, seeks a Revenue Operations Lead to own the commercial data system, forecasting, and analytics. You will implement AI tooling, define metrics, and partner with global teams to ensure accurate pipeline and revenue visibility.

The role is hybrid or remote-hybrid, reporting to the CCO, with collaboration across North America, Australia, and Latin America. The position offers a competitive CAD salary and equity options.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on CRM ownership and clear forecasting responsibilities.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to explain metrics to leadership.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal, with excellent collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM standards, data integrity, and pipeline definitions.
• Run weekly, evidence-based sales forecast for the commercial team.
• Develop and maintain analytics and reporting used by leadership and board.
• Lead onboarding and enablement for new commercial team members.
