Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated AI & Labs Delivery Lead to join our team at Compass Data & AI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology – a proactive problem‑solver who can guide high‑velocity projects to successful delivery. As the Delivery Lead, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, clarity in execution, and impactful delivery of AI and data solutions. You don’t need to write code, but a strong understanding of modern technology and deployment practices is essential to communicate effectively and drive results. Your work will directly influence the success of AI‑powered initiatives that solve complex, real‑world problems at scale.
