Job summary

Occupation is seeking its first dedicated GTM Engineer to connect Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product in an AI-first revenue supply chain. You will architect scoring and enrichment workflows, own vendor pipelines, and enable data-driven decisions across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or related technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Expert‑level HubSpot workflows, data models, and operational problem solving.
• Deep Clay experience: multi‑step enrichment workflows and scalable data pipelines.
• Data‑first mindset: focus on CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and attribution.
• Equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits in a competitive CAD package.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate account identification workflows to source, score, and rank prospects at scale.
• Build multi-signal company scoring models weighted by firmographic data, intent signals, usage, and behavior.
• Implement contact-level scoring to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and blockers within target accounts.
• Create feedback loops where rep activity and deal outcomes improve scoring accuracy and prioritization.
• Own the waterfall enrichment pipelines across data providers (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) to ensure coverage and accuracy.
