Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on software engineering experience, including ownership of products or major initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Proven technical leadership, including setting architectural direction, making design decisions, and guiding engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered software development, including AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, and evaluation of AI-generated code.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as AWS Bedrock and concepts like RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation pipelines, and production guardrails.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the architecture roadmap for your team or product, transforming ambiguous objectives into production‑ready software.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to develop AI architectures using AWS Bedrock, RAG, and agentic patterns.
• Design and implement agentic coding workflows with tools like Claude Code and reusable engineering standards.
• Evaluate architectural options, make trade-offs, and establish scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with product priorities.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to raise standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Communicate risks and timelines in terms of cost and impact to stakeholders.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure quality and guide build-versus-buy decisions.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes with product ops and leadership.
• Contribute to AI-enabled platforms and tooling for complex experiences.
