You will drive technical strategy, oversee delivery plans, promote AI-assisted engineering, and mentor staff to improve quality, velocity, and career growth.

Collaborating with Product, Analytics, and security teams, you’ll ensure reliable releases, measurable outcomes, and robust production support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development, architecture, or technical delivery.
• 2+ years leading software development teams with coaching and delivery oversight.
• Experience managing projects, priorities, processes, and delivery in a software environment.
• Strong knowledge of web apps, APIs, data models, CI/CD, security, and production troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with AI tools or platforms in software engineering and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop software developers and Scrum Masters to deliver value.
• Partner with Product Owners to define technical strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Oversee scope, timelines, estimates, dependencies, risks, and commitments.
• Evaluate architectures to align with business goals, scalability and security.
• Communicate risks and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify practical AI applications across coding, reviews, tests, and delivery analysis.
• Coach on AI-assisted engineering practices and human oversight.
• Improve development practices across web apps, APIs, data models, testing, CI/CD, and production support.
• Oversee release planning, deployment readiness, and incident response.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics for experimentation and readiness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
