Job summary
Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI & Agentforce to design and implement AI-powered agents for enterprise clients across Canada. You will translate business requirements into functional AI architectures, build rapid prototypes, and lead value demonstrations for executives and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities include delivering live demonstrations, troubleshooting complex flows and integrations, and guiding solution iterations.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience delivering technical solutions in client-facing environments.
- At least 2 years of practical experience building solutions with Agentforce or Service Cloud.
- Active Salesforce credentials, including Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, or System Administrator.
- Ability to prototype quickly, troubleshoot flows, Apex, or agent execution traces under pressure.
- Strong enterprise architecture knowledge including data modeling and integration patterns.
- Strong business and technical communication to stakeholders.
- Client-facing collaboration and lead demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- AI solution design and development within client environments.
- Rapid prototyping and proof of value demonstrations.
- Lead client sessions and act as technical point of contact.
- Demonstrate measurable business value and ROI.
- Troubleshoot and optimize agent architectures and integrations.
- Assess enterprise architecture requirements and data models.
- Convert client engagements into reusable accelerators and assets.
