Job summary

RBC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead hybrid cloud initiatives spanning AWS, Azure, and On-Prem environments within a regulated financial context.

You will apply Agile methods and explore AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual overhead, improve reporting, and accelerate delivery. Collaboration with engineering, product, and finance is essential to align priorities and manage dependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Program Manager or Program Manager in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with dependencies.
• Strong communication for senior stakeholders across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for hybrid cloud initiatives (AWS, Azure, On-Prem).
• Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across multiple teams.
• Partner with engineering, product, business, and finance to align priorities and communicate risks.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, risk detection, and documentation.
• Establish governance artifacts: roadmaps, RAID logs, dashboards, exec reporting.
• Facilitate cross-team ceremonies to keep distributed teams aligned.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices (CI/CD, flow metrics, WIP).
• Manage escalations and resolve cross-team conflicts with regulatory considerations.
• Contribute to defining AI-enabled program management culture in the organization.
